although the axe itself is not very good would the demonslaying help in value: Shocking Runic Axe of Demonslaying (non inscriptable) R11, +19u50, +20% vs. Demons Thanks for you input! |

Mods does not influence into value of the item.
About the PC axe is a merchfood The demonslaying mod might be worth 10-15k, but it's really hard to sell. I believe only collectors might be interested in buying it. |

Ok, so as axe is non-inscriptable it totals as merch food?

If anything non-inscribable(OS) is more sought after than inscribable.
The fact that the axe is higher req, has a bad non max mod and is a common skin; is the reason why it's merchfood. |
